*Note: Please assume a minimum processing time of 9-14 business days for items not currently in our warehouse and 5-7 business days for items in Store.

Upon checkout estimated shipping times will be calculated, and you will have the ability to select your preferred shipping method. Shipping times depend on factors such as items being in stock, items being backordered and destination. We do our best to guarantee timely deliveries, but please take into consideration that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for ALL orders.

Free Shipping offers are only valid for orders placed within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Free shipping does not apply to oversized packages. These items might include, but aren’t limited to: gaffs, fishing rods, rigging buckets, antennas, tackle bags, ladders, tables, marlin mats, tackle boxes outriggers, fighting chairs & coolers.

Shipping Policies

1. All items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL or FEDEX based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order.
2. Some fishing gear and marine equipment will require a signature upon delivery.
3. Oversized packages, which have dimensional weight charges applied, will incur additional freight charges as imposed by USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. These items might include, but aren’t limited to: gaffs, fishing rods, rigging buckets, antennas, tackle bags, ladders, tables, marlin mats, tackle boxes outriggers, fighting chairs & coolers.
4. Orders cannot be sent to international addresses. We can deliver your order to freight forward or PO Boxes only if we are able to verify identity and validate your payment. Bulluna High Performance Offshore Equipment is not responsible for what happens after delivery to freight forward company or PO Boxes. We will inform you about any changes in the shipping rate prior to shipping your order for approval.
5. Free shipping offers are only valid for orders placed within the continental United States. Subtotal of order must exceed the $99.00 minimum.
6. Bait Orders - Anticipate an additional charge. Due to the perishable nature of the goods, a special cooler box, dry ice and overnight freight will be added. Actual cost will vary based upon the size and weight of package. We can also ship frozen bait to freight forward or PO Box of choice, we are not responsible for damaged bait after delivery to freight forward company or PO Box, you must make your own arrangements to have it sent air freight in two days max.
7. Orders being shipped to addresses outside the continental United States, including HI, AK, PR, call for shipping quote. (Allow additional 3-4 days for delivery.)
8. We want to ensure you have no problem receiving your shipment. If verification is needed we will contact you through both email and phone.
9. Orders including rods or gaffs will incur in a $5.00 charge for a protective shipping tube.
10. 10. Bulluna Gift Certificates are not refundable for cash and cannot be returned. If you decide to return merchandise that you purchased using your Bulluna Gift Certificate, the refunded amount will be credited directly back to your Bulluna Gift Certificate. Please keep your Bulluna Gift Certificate to be able to return if not satisfied with your purchase.
